Het COLLEGE van BURGEMEESTER en WETHOUDERS van de gemeente OEGSTGEEST;
gezien het voorstel d.d. 3 maart 2022 inzake Treffen Centrumregeling Bedrijfsvoering Leidse regio en opheffen Servicepunt71
gelet op afdeling 10.1.1 Algemene wet bestuursrecht en artikel 171, lid 2 van de Gemeentewet
b e s l u i t:
De Gemeenschappelijke regeling Servicepunt71 met ingang van 1 januari 2023 op te heffen
Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2023.
